Delivery

Unless stated otherwise all prices advertised on this website exclude delivery charges.  

Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight and size of your order at the end of the checkout process.  Where the weight or size of the order to your location is too large for our standard shipment we will let you know (prior to the completion of your order) that we need to quote your delivery costs separately.  We will contact you with this quote and if you are satisfied with the delviery pricing we will complete your order.

Any item can be purchased online and collected in store at 99-105 Hertford St, Sebastopol, VIC, 3350.  If appropriate please select this option at checkout and we will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pick up.  Please review additional requirements for In store Pick up.

We strive to despatch your order the day of or the day after your order.  We use Australia Post Parcel Post Service which takes 2+ Business days for delivery. Delivery time varies depending on where you are located.

We will provide you with details to track the progress of your delivery through Australia Post's website. 

Consumer Guarantee

We offer a consumer guarantee that our product will arrive to you

-        Fit for the purpose which it is commonly supplied,

-        Safe, durable and free from defects, and

-        Acceptable in appearance and finish.

If you believe the product supplied has not met this guarantee or has arrived incomplete, please contact us at websales@meshandmasonry.com.au.  Where possible please provide photographic evidence of your claim.

Depending on the problem you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. 

Refunds & Returns & Replacement

Where we have agreed to refund, replace or repair the item and you have purchsed the item online and the item is less than 5 kilograms we ask you to return the item to us at:

We will arrange return freight for items greater than 5 kilograms.

We also ask that you email us a copy of the receipt of any costs incurred by you in returning the item to us.

Upon receipt of the item we will either

  1.       Provide you with a refund in full, including extra freight costs incurred by you.
  2.       Provide you with a replacement item and reimburse any extra freight costs incurred by you.
  3.       Repair the item and return it to you and reimburse any extra freight costs incurred by you.

 

If you have purchased or collected your item instore it is your responsibility to get the item back to us at the above address for assessment.  We will be unable to reimburse any extra freight costs you may incur.

 

Warranty Claims

In some cases, where you have had the item for a period of time and been using it we will need to send your purchase to the original manufacturer to assess for a warranty claim.  Where this is the case we will ask you to return the item to us at the below address or directly to the manufacturer (whichever is closer):

We also ask that you keep a copy of the receipt of any costs incurred by you in returning the item to us or the manufacturer.

If the item has been assessed as a valid warranty claim we, in conjunction with the manufacturer will either:

  1.       Provide you with a refund in full, including extra freight costs incurred by you.
  2.       Provide you with a replacement item and reimburse any extra freight costs incurred by you.
  3.       Repair the item and return it to you and reimburse any extra freight costs incurred by you.

If you have purchased or collected your item from us it is your responsibility to get the item back to us at the above address for assessment.  We will be unable to reimburse any extra freight costs you may incur.

If the item is not assessed as a valid warranty claim, we will discuss with you the various repair options.  You will not be reimbursed for any freight costs in this instance.

 

Where we will NOT provide refunds

You do not have a right to return a product if you:

-        changed your mind and no longer want the product

-        ordered the wrong product

-        found the product cheaper elsewhere

-        found a better product elsewhere

-        were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product

-        damaged the product by misusing it

-        used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.

-        You are not able to provide any proof of purchase that the item was purchased from us.
